Where can I use my OnePass Credits?
Any participating studio, instructor, or camp on the OnePass Kids network across South Florida. Browse the directory before signing up to see what's near you.
How do I know how much a class costs in OnePass Credits?
The OnePass Credit cost is shown on every class card and confirmed on the booking screen. Most 45-minute classes are 2–5 OnePass Credits; half-day camps are 8–14.
What if I run out of OnePass Credits before the month ends?
Upgrade your plan instantly from your dashboard, or buy a one-off 10-OnePass-Credit pack for $79. The change kicks in immediately — no waiting period.
What if I don't use all of my OnePass Credits?
Unused OnePass Credits roll over to the next month, no expiry. Pause or cancel anytime and your balance stays put.
What happens if I cancel a reservation?
OnePass Credits return to your balance instantly if you cancel 12+ hours before class. Inside the 12-hour window, the studio decides — most refund partial OnePass Credits or let you reschedule.
What if my kid misses a reservation?
OnePass Credits aren't refunded for no-shows, but you can mark a kid sick from the dashboard and we'll refund OnePass Credits twice per year, no questions asked.
How do I cancel my plan?
From your dashboard in two clicks. No call, no email, no retention dance. Your existing credit balance stays valid for 6 months after canceling.
